Classical & Athletic
This open-level class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the strength and stamina of athletic conditioning. You will follow the traditional reformer sequence to build a strong foundation, then layer in contemporary movement and dynamic pacing to challenge endurance, control, and coordination. Expect focused core work, full-body strength training, and a steady flow that keeps your mind engaged and your muscles working.
Modifications are offered for beginners, while experienced clients can take it deeper with added resistance and progressions. Whether you are brand new or a total pro - this class has your back and still brings the burn!
Foundations
This beginner-friendly class teaches the essentials of reformer Pilates. You will focus on core principles like breath, alignment, control, and precision while learning how to move safely and effectively on the reformer. The pace is slower, with clear instructions and attention to form.
Foundation Reformer is ideal for anyone new to Pilates, returning after a break, recovering from a minor injury, or looking to refine their technique. This class is also highly recommended for pregnant clients, with supportive modifications offered throughout.
Specialty Classes
At Demi Pointe Pilates, we love giving our instructors the space to shine. Our specialty classes are unique offerings designed around each instructor’s passions, expertise, and creativity. These classes bring a fresh twist to your weekly routine, targeting different goals and keeping things fun, challenging, and never boring.
Stretch & Flow – A feel-good blend of lengthening, mobility, and mindful movement to restore balance and ease.
Upper Body Burn – Strengthen, sculpt, and fire up every muscle from your arms to your core.
HIIT Tuesday – A heart-pumping mix of Pilates and interval training to boost endurance and strength.
Thicc Thursday – Focused on building lower body power, glutes, and legs for that strong, sculpted base.
Spicy Sunday – A challenging, sweaty, full-body workout to kick off (or close out) your week with heat.
