Classical & Athletic

This open-level class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the strength and stamina of athletic conditioning.  You will follow the traditional reformer sequence to build a strong foundation, then layer in contemporary movement and dynamic pacing to challenge endurance, control, and coordination.  Expect focused core work, full-body strength training, and a steady flow that keeps your mind engaged and your muscles working. 

 Modifications are offered for beginners, while experienced clients can take it deeper with added resistance and progressions.  Whether you are brand new or a total pro - this class has your back and still brings the burn!

Foundations

This beginner-friendly class teaches the essentials of reformer Pilates.  You will focus on core principles like breath, alignment, control, and precision while learning how to move safely and effectively on the reformer.  The pace is slower, with clear instructions and attention to form.

 Foundation Reformer is ideal for anyone new to Pilates, returning after a break, recovering from a minor injury, or looking to refine their technique.  This class is also highly recommended for pregnant clients, with supportive modifications offered throughout. 

Stretch and Flow

Ready to feel longer, lighter, and more open in your body? Our Stretch and Flow Reformer class is your new favorite way to unwind. This feel-good session blends deep, targeted stretches with smooth, breath-driven movement—all on the reformer. Perfect for releasing tight hips, easing sore muscles, and restoring balance after a long week (or workout). Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally recharged. Your body will thank you.
