FAQ

  • We are located on the 2nd floor of the Claremont Packing House - left of the piano studio (first door in the hallway). See you there!

  • You can book via the Demi Pointe Pilates App or using the links on our website.

  • Grip socks are 100% mandatory for all classes for safety purposes. There are no exceptions including medical exemptions.

  • Grips socks are available for purchase at the studio.

  • In order to maintain the quality of the reformers, shoes are not allowed on the reformers. Medical exemptions are not considered.

  • If you are on the wait-list, you will receive a text notification when you are added in prior to 12 hours of class start time. After 12 hours, you will be sent a text asking you to accept or ignore should a slot become available.

    If you are not on the wait-list, you may also wait in person. Please keep in mind reformers will still be reserved for the first 10 minutes to those already booked or on the wait-list.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period; however, we ask you to arrive on time to avoid any disturbances for your peers and instructors.

    After 10 minutes, the door will be locked and you will be charged a No-Show fee of $20.

  • Cancellation policy (Updated 1/27/26):

    Unlimited Memberships (single month, 6 months & autopay): Cancel class 12 hours in advance to avoid $15 late cancellation fee.

    A missed reservation will result in a $20 fee.

    Class-Pack Memberships (single month & autopay): Late cancellation/no shows will result in loss of that class.

  • We only accept debit, credit cards (online, insert chip or tap).

  • Although all of our classes are designed to be multi-level, we highly recommend all new reformer practitioners to attend a Foundations course. In the Foundations course, you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates at a much slower pace.

  • We do not allow filming during class; however, photos and short videos before and after sessions are allowed. Please ask your instructor for any questions.

  • Minimum age is 16. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also attending the class.

  • No.

  • Please advise with your medical professional before attending a class. Upon clearance, we highly recommend you to take the Foundations or Stretch and Flow classes. Attending an Athletic course may not allow you to practice many of the exercises although modifications will be given for you and your baby’s safety.

***All sales are final***   For contracts,  an active credit card must be on file at all times.  Failure to update the expiration date on credits will be subject to No-Show fees.   Demi Pointe Pilates reserves the right to cancel, adjust, amend class times and schedule at any time.  

We have the right to refuse service. Failure to abide by our policies will be removed from the studio in addition to forfeiting all purchases.
